Ramaphosa really baffles me, he can take swift action on these global issues but is an indecisive lame duck at home.. but I agree with him on this stance.. I once saw African head of states lumped into one bus in some European country, i forgot which country it was.. they basically treat African presidents like little school kids and im suprised it took this long for someone to see it...

Getting back that 10% will be one hell of a steep hill to climb.At this point he is just fighting to not lose his seats cause I don't see how he will springboard past 10%
