Noooooooooooo...i don't want to belief this o..All these diseases are real oo,,i thought i was immune to disease as people were warning me then about salt intake..Any small food they served me,,i must add salt to the extent my ex wife used to hide d salt from me...Now d results is out...if i drink all ds local white bottle gin,,my feet will swell up for some hrs,,and i pee up to three times @9t...Now me and google are best friends now oooo...Take your health serious oo..

Different situation for different folks.
I am just exactly like you. Since my early teens, I can beat my chest that nobody in this world takes salt or sugar than me.
Like today I cooked Egusi and bitter leaf soup.
6 maggi and some salt was added to it and it wasn't still tasty to my satisfaction.
I drink garri with sugar and salt. If I don't see salt, no amount of sugar you bring that will make me drink that garri.
That's to tell you how much I love salt.
I also drink soft drinks a lot with occasional beers.
But in all, I balance them with taking "agbo" either Jedi or iba every now and then.
I am 45 now going to 46, I can confidently tell you I don't know how hospital looks like apart from the ones I watch on TV or movies.
Since I knew myself very well, I haven't been to any hospital to treat myself of any disease or illness.
My headaches, fevers, stomach pains and what nots lasts approximately 3days and without taking anything.
I have three healthy kids with the last 17, apart from when they were born and some occasional times, hospital is not their forte.
