Ugly. Why would i spend $6million above on such a property and still have neighbors without privacy and no private beach? That's some shitty piece of real estate. Maybe demand by nouveau riche overshot the price of the neighborhood outweighing it's actual value. Most expensive street in Africa my black ass.

Omo you are a smart guy . You have seen through the facade. Even the architecture of the buildings is very dated like from 1980.

This area is a glorified slum. Look at how close the houses are to the road. Look at how slim the road is. I'd take Victoria Island any day any time.

Very true. That is why anyone who wants to be rich and stay rich has to be a lone wolf or lone ranger. When you start buying rolls Royce and Lamborghini a ceiling is put over your head.

To create your own car and mass produce it is a wiser thought process than being 50 " choice" cars.


Nobody wants to create. Everyone wants to belong. The real people making the money are the creators, the manufacturers.......Not the spenders.
