Good morning ladies and gentlemoi-moi of the great NL house.
The picture of the house/apartment I posted is located in Igbesa area of Ogun state and has 1,2,3 bedroom apartments.
This area is predominantly dominated by 50% students, 30% Chinese workers who are predominantly casual workers and not staffs or senior staffs.
The rest 20% are family men and women, artisans and apprentices.

The starting price of the 1 bedroom apartment is 650k, meaning the 2 and 3 bed will be higher.
And I can bet with anything that before the end of July it will be fully occupied.
Now I want to ask you guys, who do you think the owner of this property is targeting as tenants?
1. The students
2. The Chinese workers
3. The families and artisan and labor workers
Or The pressers and scammers who are predominantly in number 1 and somehow in number 2 and I can't say of number 3.

As for me, I am not going to sugar coat it. 90% of those who will rent that apartments are majorly students who are agba pickers "Yahoo guys" and the 10% will be students and normal guys from rich homes.

The problem with this kind of overpriced apartments isn't getting tenants to pay the rent and park in...

The main problem is peacefully getting the tenants to pay the subsequent rents...

Is not everything you will be complaining about. There is a serious housing deficit. Anything to help starters find basic accomodation is commendable.

The main problem is the tenants paying

You are damn right, and that is what many landlords don't know. People will pay your over priced rent to come in but getting the next rent from them might be a problem. They will frustrate you to the extent that you will be force to give them quit notice,and when you do that, you enter another long wait till they move out. At the end of the day, you would've lose 1 year or 6 months out 2 or 3 years rent period.

Let him expect students that will be 3 or 4 in one room ( not including other irregular squatting friends or relatives), and share the bills, at the end of 4 or 5 years, you will pity the room!
