Good evening sirs, I was able to book an appointment with my doctor, I was given some treatment all most was pain was down in a couple of hours, my concerns now is the size, it Is as big as an apple and stiff too, it gets easily strained even with a short walk, the doctor said it takes time to flare.

It could be Testicular torsion… testicular torsion, this happens when a testicle rotates and twists the spermatic cord that brings blood to the scrotum, cutting off blood supply. It causes sudden, severe pain and swelling, and is a medical emergency requiring immediate treatment to save the testicle

It happens to me too last month and I was given some antibiotics and the pain disappeared.

I've been suffering from these issues for the past 3 years, mine started with left testis varicocele , it got so bad and painful I had to go for surgery, after that I recovered and all was good for sometime, then my right testes started swelling, I could no longer jog our run without pains.
I went to the hospital, they wrote some tests and scan for me to do, then transferred me to urology, but I'm yet to get an appointment date in general hospital.
I can't afford private hospital.

If you don't mind me asking, did they remove the left testis or the surgery fixed it? And did they tell you the cause?

it wasn't removed, the bilateral varicocele surgery fixed the issue with my left testes.
