Maybe this was a plaza converted to house for rent .
Some business promos now look more like scenes from a film than typical adverts.
Good lighting, natural expressions, calm pacing… no noise, no pressure.
It’s subtle, but it pulls you in.

Lolz! I'm not talking about the landlords, they already know having a property near a higher institution is an oil well. I'm just imagining who they think or have in mind that can afford them. You and I know and average student can't afford that.

Absolutely correct, the house I am in now that I'm supervising for the owner living in US, the last student/tenant that left there bcus the owner wants to turn it to a service apartment/lodge. The student I later got to know was from a rich home. He goes to school and stays home, he drives a Toyota Camry muscle. Buys fuel everyday to on those 500k plus generator. Though I didn't or haven't really confirm if he's truly from a rich home. But with the way he was balling then, it's either he's from a rich home or a Yahoo guy. But one thing I like about him, he's so down to earth and humble.
Most of the clothes I am wearing now and sandals and slippers. He dash me them before leaving bcus I was nice to him and he too me.

You are damn right, and that is what many landlords don't know. People will pay your over priced rent to come in but getting the next rent from them might be a problem. They will frustrate you to the extent that you will be force to give them quit notice,and when you do that, you enter another long wait till they move out. At the end of the day, you would've lose 1 year or 6 months out 2 or 3 years rent period.

Let him expect students that will be 3 or 4 in one room ( not including other irregular squatting friends or relatives), and share the bills, at the end of 4 or 5 years, you will pity the room!
