Lol... That's making the false assumption that World bank and other Credit companies give out loans to help countries. grin

The whole point of being a LENDER is to make serious profit from interests charged in loan servicing.

The amount of Nigeria's income and revenue that goes into loan servicing/interest payment is ASTRONOMICAL... Simple reason why World bank and others will keep giving us loans... Money we can never repay even in a full century, especially at the pace we are moving as a nation.

If World Bank must give Nigeria loan let them supervise the project the loan would be used for. Let no cash pass to our leaders. Let them mention the project but let world bank do the costing and execution.

They are a business conglomerate making huge profits annually from interests and loan servicing.

Maybe you need to learn how the business of loan sharking works.

It's like expecting Palmpay or LAPO to teach their borrowers how well to manage funds or pay back quickly.

Nope... No Lender charging monthly interests on his loans desires quick repayment of borrowed funds... They can't make profits that way.

As long as your loan service payments come in monthly, they are good... You can even owe till eternity. cool

I can't imagine removing fuel subsidy and still borrowing. No government in the history of Nigeria has taken from the poor masses like Tinubu did through subsidy removal yet nothing to show for such huge amount of money. Health system still in decayed condition, security? Nothing to talk about. Countries at war are even safer.Standard of living? the worst since we become a nation. Infrastructure completely dilapidated.
If the subsidy regime was a scam then Tinubu's "irrational subsidy has gone" is an organized fraud.
