Axis313:Na wah! Nigerians are some of the most terrible people on earth. And what's most shocking? Most will still ask why the country is the way it is. The answer stares at us every time we look in the mirror. |

The fake products plays a major part in this issue and it's sad nothing or little government can do about it. If government decide to work on fake products now, I know one certain region from this country that will start crying "they hate us". I think the best bet for everybody is to know what to consume. |

dfrost:You are missing my point. Do you know how much a mudu of tigernuts cost Do you think it cost one naira to prepare zobo![]() On a hot day when I really need some chilled liquid to cool my throat, so I should go to the market and buy zobo and cook by myself when I could have just grabbed an already made one from a seller instead of carbornated drinks which have been made ready for such situation. Don’t be in a rush to reply someone’s comment when you really do not understand the point they’re trying to make |

Death from here is a trasition. There's a worse kind of death called the second death.. Only those whose sins have been atoned for with the blood of Jesus will escape the second death. Repent of your sins and turn to Jesus Christ today. His mercy beckons. |

MONEY247:Will the government do everything for you? Personal responsibility also matters, especially when it comes to health and nutrition. For instance, I have consciously avoided highly processed foods for many years. I do not consume foods like semovita, instant noodles, shawarma, canned products, or packaged dairy products such as tinned milk. My preference has always been for more natural and minimally processed meals. As people grow older, especially from the age of 40 upward, it becomes increasingly important to pay close attention to diet rather than waiting for medical conditions to appear before making changes. A good principle is to be cautious of foods that appear overly artificial or heavily processed, and instead focus more on natural alternatives. At the moment, the only processed product I still consume regularly is beer. However, if I find a reliable and hygienic source of fresh palm wine, I would gladly switch to that as well. |

Energy drinks are pointless to me. If you don’t exercise daily, where will the drink manufacture energy from? You see athletes hold cans of that tripe before and after competing. The only liquid which goes into their systems is water — water and sugar on grueling days. Their adaptation to their sport of choice is why they best the average human ten times out of ten. Carbonated drinks? I earned the right to consume those. I don’t indulge in any pointless vices like drinking or smoking. Let me enjoy them before I quit. I stopped drinking out of the blue when science revealed that no quantity of the substance is safe for consumption. I can do the same with soft drinks — but sugar is so addictive. |
