Even the lagos you mentioned, lagos is not what it is commercially because of the brilliance of any governor, it is the design of the colonial powers that lagos should be the commercial nerve of Nigeria.

Generally, with the fraudulent constitution and false federalism yall practice in nigeria, there's little a state governor can do to bring real development to his state.

During obi's time as gov, electricity wasn't in the concurrent list so he couldn't fix it.

Because of lack of resourse control, states don't quite have the kind of funds needed to embark on real developmental projects with decent speed. Fg sits on all oil reserves and other resources.

So presidency is where obi can demonstrate the full extent of his competence.
