semid4lyfe:You're spot on on the fact that he should've established her business and moved on, him probably seeing it as a retirement plan might've been his undoing. Meanwhile those tweets from him are from 2021 it is banger boys who are bringing the matter up now seeing as shyte has hit the fan and gone left |

GloriousGbola:This interior design wey some babes dey finger as the source of their wealth dey sketchy sha Like one babe I grew up with, is quite wealthy off "interior design", enough to send her husband to USA on Masters and train another child in USA But word on the street is that the interior design is a cover for high net worth ashi runs Who really pays this Mrs Edoho hundreds of millions for interior design to the point she is always sending Frank abroad? |

Ibime:for naija you can pay photographer 30k to 50k for a job. if there is any fancy photography going down it is at the very end of the project. call in the guy and supervise him as he takes the photos. afterwards you do your own picking to confirm what you need. two weeks ago we engaged drone operators to take pictures of some sites and we told them exactly what pictures we wanted . we paid 50k for this with some dragging from my stingy self but now we are hearing that some dude had to study 'interior design photography' for 4 years. and the truth of the matter is that in this day and age all you need is a good phone and you can take all the pictures you want and afterwards you do your culling. it is not as if furniture or carpet are human beings that have to be posed or told to smile or to arrange themselves like wtf i just tell our guy on site to take pictures of site from some specific angles, send over whatsapp and i keep correcting until he has the angle i want |

Ibime:a large number of business for naija dey get k-leg if you try to understand the numbers. but there are well heeled people out there who want bespoke homes. there is an estate in ikoyi where plots start from 500m. i know three diff homes in that place that had a construction cost in the billion range. they will likely drop biggg money for interior decor - though my understanding is they usually engage abroad based peeps |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by GloriousGbola: 11:57pm On May 16 |
rabazamba:i am just embarrassed for you is all. if you can swallow this hook line and sinker I may as well get in on the action. I have a cannot fail real estate project with 500% return per month. just drop 5m and you will start making your money back in two months. i no ft lie you. God bless you as you take the road to financial freedom . |

GloriousGbola:OG Milan, this makes sense. My post was on the assumption that he truly established her in business like he claimed. Apparently, he lied. Shame on him. |

rabazamba:My own is if he made tangible investment especially financial in her training or beginning her business she loses the right to tag him as a dead beat. It is only in the business of romance that this level of ungratefulness is normalized especially when the woman is a benefactor If say na musician she no go still dey pay record label through her nose for initial capital investment. Let's say it was her that did the investing in his business. Will she not expect return?? Anyway this is why bare minimum niggas that just drop soup money and keep it moving stay winning Carrying babe you met in Nigeria to UK?? Nigerian niggas move like woman no dey where dem dey go. I hear them talk sometimes and I wonder if they are insane |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by Ibime(m): 12:19am On May 17 |
A40:Like one of my guy at almost 40 wey him papers never straight. We dey encourage am to look for babe with papers to straighten his situation, he was insisting on bringing his love (ex classmate) from Nigeria who is his age mate at almost 40 to come and stay with him on his student visa. I'm like aside the fact this woman can most likely no longer give you kids, you be dull guy. I just comot hand. |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by A40(m): 12:35am On May 17 |
Ibime:I legit wonder if them don swear for some guys. Does he think that ex classmate go reason him side if na she dey there? What love that so-called Naija babe wan give am wey another woman wey dey UK no fit give am whether non-black or black? No be the same thing dey under their bonnet?? Even if she gets there the more likelier outcome is she ditches him to be with someone with stronger immigration footing, if I sabi Naija babes well that's their pattern. Hypergamy final boss Naija men too mumu and that's why they keep falling mugu in these stories |

semid4lyfe:you may remember some of my takes on documenting money transfers. every transfer i do is tagged . sienna tyre; generator avr ; N school fees . e no hard . all frank has to do if he put money into the business is upload payment notifications. i paid for office rent , i paid for office furniture, i paid for operation car, i paid licenses for software, webhosting, internet - or i just did transfer to my wife for business operations. even the so called photographs he claims he took - if he actually was remotely serious about that the pictures will also be properly organized. strangely, bros took four years photography training and did not even learn how to stamp a picture with company logo or timestamp [to prevent ogbono style theft] ![]() pls unblock my post . no be say i overyab pesin |

Ibime:Like one chic dey tell me. People are making bad money in Naija... my cousin does interior design and charges like 20m and she too is thinking of relocating to Naija I come ask am who are the target clients, what's the annual salary of top managers in Naija corporate world. How much percentage of your annual salary you will be using to do interior decor, How many people can afford that amount, how many people in Nigeria will be offering similar services and what's your competitive edge that will make you stand out I told people one of the most important topics in Maths is probability and percentages. Once you understand that concept well you will make logical decisions. I think probability and percentages should be taught as a separate course for 1 semester at least cos I find many people making fallacious arguments and claims based on a faulty understanding of probability and percentages |

raumdeuter:To be honest, Nigeria is a classicist society and if you package yourself well you can get introduced to the right people. It helps immensely if you are coming from abroad and have your accent intact. Also if you have a token white dude on your team. Anyone doing work in that shoreline estate will likely have a line to any Nigerian billionaire who wants to build in that estate. A person who wants to spend up to 1.5 billion on his project will easily drop 50m or more. One thing I personally learnt is that the better your concept 3d model, the more client buy-in you get. Then throw in personal touches like the clients exact car model, or proper regional flavor and you are there. |

raumdeuter:The private chef format don cast. Many of them na repackaged ashana and its now a pandemic on Nigerian Social media. Dem dey book flight dey travel from Owerri to Lagos, Lagos to Abuja, Abuja to Lagos, Nigeria to Ghana etc and they gleefully vlog the experience. "Come with me as I travel from Abuja to Lagos as a private chef to cook for my client" Me: so for the whole of those cities, no body sabi cook wey your client fit order from locally? The funny thing is the OS wey don enter the biz don spoil am for the real chefs and those ones dey lose opportunities and patronage because dem no gree compromise. The other day, a private chef called out an intending client and posted whatsapp chats of him soliciting for extra-professional services. Another Abuja-based chef called out a client for refusing to pay after cooking cos she turned down his sexual advances. Mobile Massage Therapist too na the same format. Babe go carry ring light, scented oil and two-piece gym wear enter clent hotel room come call am wellness service. Now, dem don dey do collabo. I saw one on TikTok yesterday and I shock. Two young ladies. 'Hi, my name is Lilly. I'm a Massage Therapist in Abuja. Instagram XYZ. Hi, I'm Chef Riya, a private chef in Abuja, Nigeria, Instagram, ABC. Book us togetheeeeer", in their short sultry gowns, with playful laughter and voices dripping with honey. I said oshey. These ones no send. Egbon Raum can now fulfill his menage a trois fantasy. Na the link be this 👇 https://www.instagram.com/reel/DYW2C0YtUZY/?igsh=dXZpMTRweDY1MnJv Bottom line. OS don evolve. Dem don repackage their hustle into other respectable professions and have gone digital. |

A40:The generation that drops soup money and goes on with their day have been tagged unintentional and lacking emotions, apparently factory settings need to be applied for some niggas. Although in life what works for one cannot work for all, make everybody do their part and leave the rest. If you find out say Alhaji Tekno dey wipe your wife na your choice whether to divorce the woman or call Tekno beg am man to man make he free your wife for you ![]() Omo no be small matter, look I'm not against anybody carrying the love of their life and woman of their dreams to a land of better opportunities but make you just make sure say the woman of your dreams follow see you as the man of her dreams. The Martins now has become a full time cynic and misogynist, na we dey even counsel am say make e no use one incident take judge the general public but make he just shine him eyes pray say he go see him children again |

semid4lyfe:I get one wey I know from Abj she actually knows how to cook and we never initiate the other aspects of the profession because no be me go open my mouth talk that kin thing and she sef no go open mouth tell me same, na so we go dey look ourselves. Her food is top notch tho |

GloriousGbola:As they are not together for two years, has someone not been taking her business pictures? You won't even notice a drop in quality going through her page. How then did Frank, an ace media guy, think it made any sense to leave his established line to go learn photography, just to be snapping for his wife? It is very possible he did it, because nothing men no fit do for their second wives. If he didn't say it himself that he warned Chike to stay off his wife, who would believe a man like Frank can tolerate and forgive infidelity? If he put this much effort into his first marriage, maybe he would have been celebrating 15-20yrs anniversary. I no know the juju this iyawos dey use hold una, but make them share update for iyales. The thing that will send iyale back to her father's house, iyawo would do x20 and the man go dey quiet. |

| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by semid4lyfe(m): 8:33am On May 17 |
rabazamba:Yeah, most Naija babes dey sabi cook. Some private chefs have adapted to the job hazard by cooking from their homes and delivering to their clients. But this works best intra-city. When the business model don involve sultry outfits, edited videos and interstate flights, other things dey involved be that |
