But USA has given trillions of dollars to Africa in form of direct aids with nothing in return. Trump just approved about $20b in aid to dr congo and Uganda for medication on ebola. Where are ur china and Russia in all of these. US has assisted Africa than China will ever dream of

Japan is an old power house militarily but can never be compared to modern China.

What's modern about China that's not modern in japan. That Japan depends on US for protection doesn't mean it's still not militarily strong when war arrives. It's just like Germany housing the largest US military on earth. Does that mean Germany is still not powerful militarily ready when war arrives??
