Having Chronic Head Pain And Burning On My Head That Refuses To Go Away by Commonguy(op): 9:31am On Apr 18
Good day everyone. I am a 29-year-old, and I am writing this because I truly need help and understanding. For the past 5 months, I have been going through a serious health problem that has changed my life completely.
I am currently serving (NYSC), and because of the cost of rent, I stayed in my mum house for some time. The house is very damp and dusty, Before then, I was healthy and active. Now, I am struggling every day.
Every day, I feel strong pressure in my head, like something is squeezing it. My head is always having that burning psins that comes with crawling pains. My scalp and face sometimes feel like they are affected.
The pain does not stay in one place. It moves around my body from my head to my legs and other areas. This movement makes it very confusing and frightening.
My body used to feel strong, but now it feels soft and weak. I have also noticed a strange swelling or fullness at the back of my head and neck, which is uncomfortable.
Because I was worried, I went to the hospital and ran some tests.
I did a CT scan of my brain, and the result showed that everything is normal. There is no tumor or damage. I also did a Full Blood Count test, and the results showed:
PCV: 39% (slightly low)
White Blood Cells: 4,070 (on the low side but still within range)
Platelets: Normal
I have met like 4 doctor and neurologist, they only prescribed drugs and those drugs hurts me alot when I take them, my body is now hypersensitive to drugs and food, if I take any drug even ordinary vitamin c now woukd spike my body shakes and I won't get myself. what I feel in my body is very real. The burning in my head, the moving pain, the weakness, and the constant thirst are affecting my daily life. I am confused because the tests I ran look normal, but I do not feel normal at all.
I am sharing my story here to ask if anyone has experienced something like this before, I need help urgently

How did it later go?
Were you able to find the root cause for the burning sensation in your head and solution?
