That's kunu geda its made from rice and groundnut it's very sweet another sweet food or snack in the north is Awara(made from soya beans) I prefer the type from kaduna south so sweet but 50 percent of sellers don't prepare it well if you buy it from those who can't make it well you might hate it I introducced a Yoruba guy to it he started buying it every day. The process is hard so a lot of people make it anyhow. Also kunu aya(drink) zobo they are nice but I prefer kunu aya I have tasted Igbo snacks like okpa, abacha, and I can say that the north has more variety of native snacks which also taste better but in terms of soups and stews i prefer the south particularly east and south south.

Even if I become a billionaire today, I must eat gurasa soaked in broth and akara with millet mocktail, weekend I must chop masa with good pumpkin and groundnut soap with sorrel leaves added inside. This is our tradition, our heritage food, if we valued our culture as much as other cultures, people will be traveling to Nigeria for the cuisine like they travel to Asia for a different taste. But the black man has a problem with promoting himself and I have no clue why 🤔

Yes,, sometimes the simplest foods makes more sense when eaten with peace of mind.
thesolutions:
I have eaten indomie and chicken, Rice and chicken, beans with fried plantains, egusi soup with assorted meat (I don't claim to buy or prepare these delicacies with money that I don't have) but they don't hit me like Akara and Koko(pap in the north made with rice and some ground nut pudding)

I don't know if it is because I bought this with my hard earned money, but anytime I'm eating this, I find myself humming a song and swinging left and right on the chair. I can't remember doing this while eating expensive dishes.

Even when it is finished, I'll be looking for those tiny drops in the package.

I don't remember what struggle awaits me while eating this.

I don't think I'm alone in this feeling.

That is Kunun Gyada translated to Groundnut Kunu though the main ngredients include Rice and Groundnut, Tamarind. Had a friend visited the North from the SouthEast one time, his favorite dish is this Kunun Gyada.

I feel like replying everyone that called this feeling poverty induced but it is not worth it.
I could not access my usual quantity because poverty mentality men turned up with their big cars to finish the delicacy before I got there. That they did not even come with their wives but with their girl friends keeps me wandering when ladies stopped demanding for shawarma.

This feeling is heavenly as someone said earlier. I had to eat the small quantity that I got slowly. Oh that's poverty mentality.
