This is sad, loosing a spouse is really hard.

Men need to take care of themselves, it's very common that we usually die before our spouses. A lot of widows, few widowers.

Those words are very difficult to say, yet it's absolutely necessary to say them, sooner or later.

If you've lost a dearly loved one, you'll understand. It took me time to be able to say my Dad died. It was just too hard to say, but I needed to, to accept the reality. I lost a very close, childhood friend, 2 years ago. In our school WhatsApp group, it was as if we were dreaming, until some of us attended his burial (myself included), and I came to the group and declared "John (not he real name) is dead and buried". We needed it to move on. The shirt I wore to his burial, I just took it again now, that I want to start wearing it again.

E no easy to lose loved ones, o, but it's best to admit it to yourself ASAP.

This life is meaningless....no matter how much one feeds and pampers the body, it will end up being food for worms 🪱 and bacteria 🦠 and recycle to dust.
