In the UK, I believe it's 16.

It's the US that have strict 18 and above as their age of consent but not for all states

So it depends on the laws of the country regarding AoC .

Hope you know that video that was circulated online which you are referencing is from one ward out of 98 wards making his constituency. If that was Okowa's ward, it is not surprising. There is still a possibility Ned could be the winner if all the results from the remaining 97 wards are computed.

If Ned has valid evidence he should be prepared to go to court which I am sure he will.

Ned said he has videos from every ward, let him show us his own too.

Delta Governor is against Anioma State and he is doing everything to stop Ned from being re-elected.

Age of marriage in Nigeria is 18. Consent does not mean a 14yr old can knack an over 18 in those countries. It just means they can consent to their own age mates. Go to those countries and go near such children to see of they will not arrest you.

The whole population of the SE plus Delta North and Rivers Igbos is 25 million as can be deduced from their NIN registration figures compared to Lagos state assuming Lagos to be 23 million and that figure contains millions of non Igbos in the cities and other places
Igbos in Yoruba land should be around 2 million if Yoruba is 70 percent of Lagos and Igbo is one quarter of the rest added to less than 500 k Igbos in the remaining five states. Yoruba in Lagos can be eighty percent though

Igbos in the North will be like 700k. I know this because non Yorubas from all over the country are less than three percent of Osun. I grew up there and I am sure of this which means southerners in the North can't be up to two percent of the population by any means since Northern states are not as urbanized as Osun and Igbos will be less than one third of the total number of Southerners. Northern states are not half as urbanized as Osun.
Igbos in the US of the less than one million Nigerians there will be like 200k. In Europe maybe another 200k or less. Yoruba are more than half of Nigerians in Europe and North America as well as Australia

All Igbos in the rest of the world can not surpass one million maybe not up to half of that.

How then did you arrive at 70 million? Are you counting all African Americans as Igbos?

So from this analysis, Igbos worldwide are way below thirty million in population if you remove the non Igbos living on Igboid land.

If you are using too high estimates for yourself then you will be wondering why you are not making some mark when others are when the problem is that you are not up to what you think you are up to.

They will have a high number of high net worth people in Nigeria

So NIN. figures are figments of my imagination?. Non Yoruba in Osun are less than three percent. I did a survey and it is not a figment of my imagination. To prove me wrong, do your own survey and it is possible on nairaland. If you can get ten random classrooms in Northern Nigeria where southerners are up to three percent of the students and publish it here then you will have a point but remember Northerners have a low school enrolment rate.
