The worth of Human life to an APC supporter is nothing. Last year, someone died on my site from work-related accident and I saw 2 ambulances pull up.. Fire truck.. The police.. Site being shut down for a week plus. Then get this, we started receiving calls about needing therapy and what not. I don't even want to get into how pained everybody was around me. 1 life. And then you have in Nigeria, people dying consistently and it's nothing. Abi na beheading.. You currently have a 2yr old child in captivity and nothing yet from the FG. 2 year old child. I can even understand a Nigerian living in Nigeria making excuses (consistently dealing with bad news around them). But from someone who has lived outside the country for years that you'd expect a change in how they evaluate human life.. For them to still defend, lol. Anyways I'm not surprised. How won't you support a man that was begged to travel to a state that people died and he didn't even leave the airport. E get somethings wey if you explain am give oyibo person, the look you'll get.. You sef go know say nor be life be this😏 |

Ellexy:Anyone saying there are no cabals or saboteurs in this government is only deceiving themselves. Immediately the minister of darkness left office, the diesel we normally used in one day in our farm, suddenly started lasting up to 3 to 4days, just because the electricity was stable, and there is no need to power on Gen, and for about three weeks or so, we enjoy this, though they have returned to their normal factory settings now, but the question is, why did power supply suddenly improved immediately after he left office? |

There are only two things involved in Nigeria matter now, talk about Nigeria and it looks like complaining or stay silent. You literally can't talk about the country without it looking like complain now. What the fvck is this. That is why a lot of people stay silent because they don't like the image of "complaining". |

Segedinho:There's no way you talk about this country without it looking like lamentation/wailing/complaining. That is why a lot of celebs, business folks, and other people stay silent. When I see people angry at them for not speaking I just shake my head, they don't know what's at stake. We are in a situation where everyone knows shit has hit the fan, but you're not expected to speak on it. If you must speak on it, it should be privately. If you as a respected businessman/celeb/politician/entrepreneur come out complaining about Nigeria matter, you might be hailed online, but your image is losing points in the world where things actually matter, and it'll cost you, there's a level you get to where folks don't like people who complain too much. |

WhoDeyHause:I see Christians and Muslims laughing at this, but fail to see how different this is from the God/Allah they pray to. Christians/Muslims get slaughtered in churches/mosques live and direct , if their God was real why does he allow his worshipers to be slaughtered like chickens inside his own worship house? Religion is an opium of the masses –Karl Marx. The populace dose on this opium to escape or cope with the reality of failed governance. |

Governor Siminalayi Fubara of Rivers State has withdrawn from the governorship primaries of the All Progressives Congress (APC), slated for Thursday. In a statement entitled ‘My decision to withdraw from the Rivers State Gubernatorial Primaries’, which he personally signed on Wednesday night, Fubara stated that he would support whoever emerged as the candidate of the party. |

TemporaryHansel:I hear what you said and you didnt lie. Today someone in Naija govt is saying people should apply for gun license and arm themselves. I saw a Yoruba Pastor recently encouraging his congregation to also do voodoo, Pastors and Imams used bulletproof wearing guards A good guy with a gun is the solution to a bad guy with a gun. Any other thing na deception |

| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by Jamiuokolaa: 3:30am On May 21 |
raumdeuter:A good guy with a gun is more likely to become a bad guy with a gun than the other way round. So when the good guy becomes a bad guy, we have 2 bad guys with guns? We then arm another good guy with a gun and when he turns bad, we now have 4 bad guys with guns. In the end, the number of bad guys with guns would continue to increase at an exponential rate. Lmao. |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by raumdeuter: 3:42am On May 21 |
Jamiuokolaa:A gun doesnt make someone become bad. If I give you a gun now will you go robbing people? I owned a gun and didnt start going to school to shoot or do drive by Criminals are always going to get guns. Its now how the citizens dont just become lame ducks and target practice for them |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by Jamiuokolaa: 3:55am On May 21*. Modified: 4:14am On May 21 |
raumdeuter:“Good” and “bad” aren’t fixed categories; they’re transient behavioural states that can be influenced by numerous factors. That you didnt flip the switch doesnt mean another 'good' ninja with a gun wouldnt go rogue on the ninja his wife has been cheating on him with. We all know that the fewer guns in circulation, the better for everyone. The bad guy with a gun is unlikely to be scared of committing crimes just because he is aware that a good guy might have a gun somewhere so what's the point? When you attempt to use guns to combat guns, you are creating a war zone. |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by raumdeuter: 4:22am On May 21 |
Jamiuokolaa:The fewer guns is not reality. That is theory and that horse has left the stable The reality in Nigeria is that there has always been and rhere will always be guns. In Nigeria today if you want to get illegal gun within 2 days there are people you can talk to and will hook you up By the time you speak to 3 area boys they will get you gun. Even 17yr old confra boys dey get guns in most higher institution. Its only you the law abiding citizen who is the lame duck waiting to be picked up whenever they are ready When you dont combat guns with guns you just create a chicken in Xmas cage situation where they just come to pick you up anytime Any criminal can just enter your house with ease and stay for 5hrs because he knows your only solution is Psalm 23 and Koran A bad guy with a gun also doesnt want to die, he will rather go for soft targets where he cant be challenged, if he knows there are likely to be other guns there he will behave Plateau governor just made an announcement that they will start arming the locals then the erstwhile hardened Fulanis began to soften their tone The thing criminals want the most is to be the only side armed so they can keep their monopoly of terror |
