I'm to see if I can get it at Falomo Lagos tomorrow. Sending someone so it's fingers crossed. He went there today but they said store keeper wasn't around to confirm if it's in stock or not

They are likely to lock it to their own device designated imei, just like Airtel did.

I always use 6 months on my 5G router to save money. However, you should know if the Airtel network is good in your area. If you're unsure and new to this, try 90 days first to get a feel for their service and find a workaround before committing to 6 months.

With what I experienced this May and the likelihood of MTN ODU being mainstream soon, I wouldn't dare go for anything more than 1 month for Airtel 😁

Meanwhile since this mtn ODU rumour started, my network has significantly improved after 2 weeks+ of suffering.

I'm using the 3 months sub. It's capped at 1tb each month not 1tb for the whole 3 months.

Many people have not actually done this to allay our fears but me sef go risk am next month and go full throttle on it to know once and for all if airtel go carry Dem mumu ways throttle the whole data if 1tb don reach before the first month

I've never crossed the 1TB threshold in use. I think people on this thread said it was not throttled on a monthly basis or something despite crossing the threshold.

My data usage is low; hence, I have gone back to the normal plans to get faster speeds.

He no dey use ODU.

To his credit, I use more of my X25pro these days. G5F still gets the highest reception of any router I have ever used.

X25pro gets the job done with the reception it gets and allows me to use MC801A and the previously idle long LAN cable from my other ODU, to extend Wi-Fi and LAN access to some devices in my living room.
