An angry youth leader from Uzo-Uwani in Enugu State was seen setting fire on a Tinubu's re-lection billboard located at Uzo-Uwani. The man was seen repeating the statement 'We don't want Tinubu in our land'.

This is happening at a time more Nigerians in Nigeria and in the diaspora are calling for a change of government, following the increase in insecurity, inflation, unemployment, and a brutal decreasing standard of living.

If he's arrested for damage of property now, some Nigerians would take evil side.

There's nothing stopping him from just using verbal communication to convey his message even stand close to the picture and say what he needs to say.

Apc has really caused a lot of damage since they came to power i remember it was this same community that fulaniherdsmen has been massacring innocent people without any interventions from the apc federal govt many of them fled their homes and farmland and are still living as refugees in different towns so we understand why this youth leader don't want to see any tinibu's apc poster in his community.

The Police can also arraign him for arson and willful destruction of private property
Under Nigerian law, a person tried for arson for the willful destruction of a campaign billboard faces severe penalties as outlined in the Criminal Code Act.

Primary Charge (Section 443): A campaign billboard is legally considered a "structure." Therefore, wilfully and unlawfully setting fire to it constitutes arson, which is a felony punishable by life imprisonment.
Attempted Arson (Section 444):

Even if the attempt to set the fire fails, the individual can be charged with attempted arson, which is a felony carrying a penalty of fourteen years' imprisonment.

I won't be surprised if he is not the authentic youth leader of the community but was sent by the APC in order to get public sympathy before unleashing their plans on the opposition parties.
