There's nowhere it's written in the FRSC guidelines that an official is authorized to perch on a citizen's bonnet like a wall gecko while in the discharge of his official duties. It is nothing short of reckless endangerment.

A similar video surfaced on the internet just recently showing a Ukrainian man driving a female police officer atop his bonnet in his effort to escape forced mobilization to the warfront, so this has nothing to do with the "saner climes" narrative.

Just find a bushy spot along the road and apply the automatic brake close to the bush make the wide aneemal fly comot for the bonnet. At least the bush will soften his landing😹. Make you for no go wound person papa even as he's decided to be irresponsible.

Some FRSC officials are devil incarnate. Some years back, on my way from Abuja to Rivers state, a female FRSC official who was traveling with us wanted the driver to drop her off along the road in Asaba. The driver refused and told her to wait until he gets to a park but the woman insisted on being dropped off along the expressway. So in the course of their argument, the woman started dragging the steering of the bus with the driver. Omo, na so my mind skip. Na so some passengers for the bus join hands together and pinned the woman on her seat until the driver drove into a petrol station and dropped the woman off. The passengers for the bus almost lynched the woman for endangering our lives. And the woman na senior FRSC official oh.
