You are right, I don't live (permanently) in Nigeria,but I am in Nigeria every 3 months to spend 1 month. Funny thing is I live in the UK but I travel around Nigeria more than Nigerians who live in Nigeria.
I am currently in the country and I have traveled to and through not less than 15states. Most of my investment is here in Nigeria. So while fuuls gather money and sell properties to leave the country, some of us are actually seeing clear enough to invest in the country.

People cry about hunger, but you don't think that agriculture should make you money. Who will plant the crops for you to eat?

Your statement shows Igbo plays tribal politics than any tribe in Nigeria.
You want cubana to work for Obi, and should not work for Tinubu because of tribal sentiment.
And you are expecting other tribes to also vote for Obi.
This tribal politics will not allow Igbo to produce president for many years to come.
In 2023 presidential election, different political parties won election in different tribes,
it's only Igbo tribe that didn't allow another party to win.
Even in Yoruba land where Tinubu comes from, PDP won in Osun, Labour won in Lagos and APC won in remaining 4 states but Igbo tribe puts all their eggs in one basket and they continue to cry marginalisation.
