Chinese and South Korean students were caught at a time for malpractice in American exam SAT. Because they want their students to gain admission to USA, they helped them juice the standard tests. Obi was just helping the Igbo students to gain admissions to schools in other regions. The Igbos have been doing that for a long time just to claim their region scores highest in JAMB and WAEC but the Igbo colleges don’t make first ten best colleges in Nigeria.
