UBA is the worst. it looks like something done in the medieval period
Not in my experience.
UBA is the best for me, so far.

UBA app is terrible. Won't work when you need it the most. In 2026, you have millions but can only transfer 200k per transaction. Next transfer, wait for five minutes because you recently transferred to... Bla blah blahhh

They're not serious

There's obviously an agenda against polaris (vulte).
It's no coincidence 70% of the comments in first and second page are against polaris..

Either it's one single user with multiple accounts or a group of users with multiple accounts.
This is a genuine case of different users expressing their opinion against their user analysis with the apps
Re: Which Nigerian Bank App Is The Worst In 2026? by Wizyoung(m): 7:34pm On May 24
Thumbs Up to Polaris (Vulte)

The title "Worst Banking App of All Time" goes to them.

They've done so many great things like frustrating their customers to the brink of depression. Not kidding!

A bank whose mobile app can go down for weeks. USSD code is trash not to mention their so called web solution.

Literally, the only functional channel is a visit to the bank. grin

I give them credit for doing their best nonetheless.

Staying in business as a firm in Nigeria no be beans.

UBA User interface (UI) is from stone age... Your network need to be strong before you can operate it....

So the award evidently goes to Polaris, with UBA following.

I actually expect a lot better from UBA. Being among the FUGAZ crew

We all have that one bank app that has embarrassed us at the worst possible moment.
You're at the counter trying to pay. The app crashes. You're sending urgent money to someone. The app says "transaction failed" but your account is debited. You're trying to check your balance. The app is "undergoing maintenance" for the third day in a row.
Nigerian bank apps have put us through genuine suffering and we need to talk about it.
So which bank app is the worst in 2026?

GTBank GTWorld
Access Bank AccessMore
First Bank FirstMobile
UBA Mobile
Zenith Bank Mobile
Union Bank
Fidelity Bank
Sterling Bank
Stanbic IBTC
Other (drop the name)

Use Kuda, and have peace of mind. Never for once do I have an issue with transfer or anything else. For the past 2 years plus. My main bank though.
