Operatives of the Amotekun Corps in Ondo State have arrested a man who allegedly disguised himself as a mentally unstable person while secretly participating in kidnapping-related activities.

I used to live in an estate around egbeda, there used to be a mad young guy always roaming the estate especially in the evenings
