The Judge would've awarded 1 billion naira cost to the plaintiff and his legal counsel for wasting his precious time. They are aware that courts of coordinate jurisdiction have already decided on this same case and GEJ won. The courts held that laws can't take retroactive effects. GEJ left office after the law was made, therefore, it cannot affect. He went ahead and took GEJ to court as if the Judge doesn't have anything doing in the office. I pety these Judges, because they have many cases pending before them.

The court also ordered the plaintiff to pay an additional ₦1 million cost in favour of the Attorney-General of the Federation.

Now my question is this ₦1 million is it going to be paid by the defendant to federal government account

or

It is going to be paid to the personal bank account of the Attorney-General of the Federation.

WHO WILL BE THE BENEFICIARY OF THIS ₦1 million

Even if he is it will because GEJ is a strategic deployment by PBAT. North is the biggest challenge against PBAT because the born-to-rule hawks from the region are very desperate to regain power.

With Atiku running against PBAT, GEJ and Obi he will toast in the South and I doubt he will get 25% anywhere there. Few will vote for Atiku across the south if the trio of Southerners are running.

It will be same as when Buhari, after three attempts, could not get over the line because he was unpopular in the South till Tinubu laundered his image in the SW to help him win all SW States bar Ekiti under Fayose.

Nigerians are naive and seriously underestimate PBAT.

We are very dull people! A federal high court had already pronounced him eligible. Some guy who claims to be educated Along with a lawyer who claims he passed the bar w ent to another federal high court over the same matter. Only a higher court can overturn the judgement of a court not a court of the same level. This case was dead ab-initio!

This does not mean he is eligible or ineligible. All it means is a a court of the same level cannot override the judgement of a similar court in the same matter. The matter can only be decided by a higher court.

Ultimately if Goodluck decides to run, the matter will be decided by the Supreme Court!
