It was never their targets......their goal was to stop Ukraine from ever joining NATO and to liberate the donbas region and all have been achieved so far.......regime change is dependent on Ukrainians to decide....taking out the comedian wouldn't guarantee that.

You cant know an Agreement, more than the Parties to the Agreement, right?

So, if President of France (Macron) and Prime Minister of Germany at the time (Angela Merkel) who were signatory to the Agreement, say Ukraine could not have honored the Agreement they all signed with Russia, because they had no intention of keeping the Agreement.... that they only used it to buy time to Arm Ukraine to NATO Standard, so it can be used to fight Russia.

Who are you, what do you know, to say They both broke the Agreement when Russia is the one complaining that Ukraine did not keep its end of the Agreement?
And that statement is a fact because
- the agreement requires Ukraine to grant Political Autonomy to those Russian-Speakers of Donbass, Zelensky refused.

-The agreement requires Ukraine to allow the people of Donbass to keep their Language, Culture and Religion, Zelensky canceled everything

- The agreement requires Ukraine not to attack Donbass, Zelensky launched what he called "Anti-Terrorist Operations", using Armored tanks, Bombs, Missiles, against his own Russian-speaking people of Donbass.

Russia had to step-in to save those people otherwise, Zelensky would have wiped them out by now.


Now, tell us how Russia did not keep its own side of the Agreement
