The reason we hold parties when an elderly person dies, is based on this ancient African knowledge.

There is the Life Review.

Every soul faces the Life Review when they get back. My granddad's passing actually confirmed this to me years ago. The man was so ill that he couldn't move a finger. He just lay on the bed for weeks, paralysed. He was a Jehovah's witness.

The day he passed he was just there lying down, surrounded by his sons, and suddenly, he just rose up sharply from the bed sitting up, with his arms outstretched, shouting that ''Jehovah and his people have come to take me!'' He shouted this over and over again, and then suddenly fell back on to the bed and 'died'.
