This section of the road is in Anambra state designed to link the second niger bridge to the Onitsha -Enugu expressway and bypass Onitsha city. The work is in full blast as the contractors race to meet deadlines.

The road is constructed on rigid pavement(concrete) which means it is guaranteed to last 100 years.

Thank you President Bola Tinubu and Engr Dave Umahi, the hardworking minister of works.

Thanks also to Governor Chukwuma Charles Soludo for clearing the compensation claims to enable work proceed with speed.

This is a great addition to the infrastructure of Nigeria.

Umahi has sold this idea of 100 years to the corn boys, but people in Ebonyi complain that some concrete roads he built are already cracking and carving in

Construction of road in this terrain is less expensive because of the soil type does not need very deep excavation. It's good and welcomed development. Let the speedy progress of the construction continue.

How safe would those roads be to ply when there is heightened insecurity. Hasn’t it occurred to you that people feel so unsafe to travel, transport goods and make economic use of roads because of the same insecurity.
Why invest such funds on infrastructure when insecurity has eaten up the lives of thousands of people.
