For the most I know if you've asked any questions at all, they're mostly rhetorical that's why I told you to highlight/give a glimpse of it so I can answer it......so go ahead.
You should have answered the so-called rhetorical questions before accusing another person of not answering your questions. Perhaps, I also viewed your questions as rhetorical!

LOL!!

Bottom line:
1. Putin had made up his mind about taking the four Oblasts of Ukraine
2. If Ukraine surrendered immediately to Russia,
a. They would still have lost the four oblasts
b. Russia will dictate who henceforth rules Ukraine and Ukraine at best will be like Belarus.
c. Ukraine would be economically permanently crippled and dependent upon Russia for survival because Ukraine will not have access to the Sea again.
d. There is no guarantee that Ukraine would not be totally annexed and absorbed into Russia
3. Putin actually despises Zelensky as a person. He is a comedian and clown not fit to rule Ukraine. The disrespect is part of the reason for the attack. Zelensky was expected to FLEE Ukraine on the first day of the unwarranted war.

Except if you can list for me what Ukraine stands to gain by surrendering to Putin Economically, Politically or Militarily

Still haven't answered my question huh?. undecided .

Ukraine stand to gain peace....they needn't surrender unconditional.... just being neutral and accepting their loses (donbas region) will do....or do you think continually fighting will achieve anything significant for Ukraine at this point in time?. undecided .

Ukraine is only a frontier, Russia fought this war against tve whole Europe and North America.
Ukraine was not a military power prior to invasion. They needed European support by every means.

More importantly, NATO does not give them lethal weapons. More of defensive than offensive with short range

Gibberish.....did k*lling Ayatolla flip the script in Iran or has there been any regime change after he was taken out?. undecided .
Nonsense.

These are world apart. Iran is hardcore Islamic extremists.
Ukraine might cave if the leadership is changed.

No de compare everything

Lol...thank goodness you used the word "might" because I don't think the case of Ukraine is much more different from that of Iran..... taking him out could have ended up strengthening their unity and resolve especially when they had someone (NATO) to run to.

Also, I read somewhere that Putin made a promise to a prominent Christian leader to not take him out and he's keeping to his promise as well.

Wrong answer!

1. Ukraine already had peace before Russia invaded it with their senseless war.
2. You think all what Russia wanted was the Donbas region!?
No!
Russia wanted the capitulation of Ukraine
Nothing short of this will please Russia.
3. If Ukraine had surrendered, they would have lost permanently access to the sea. Economically, they would have been permanently slaves to Russia.

BUT
Almost FIVE years after. Ukraine is still standing.
Ukraine still has her dignity
At least, they are slaves to no one

Unfortunately,
Russia now has over a million casualties
Russia has lost almost all her armoured tanks.
Russia has lost a chunk of her oil refineries.
Russia has lost respect from Ukraine
Russia has lost a lot of money

Anyways, now present your evidences of the claims you made above though.......show me where Russia said that they're after the whole of Ukraine because unlike you I don't feed on propaganda.....I work with verified information not hearsay and sentiment and I was following the build up to the SMO and what led to it....if you claim otherwise then present your evidences....I am waiting.

You forget that you are the confirmed Russian Apologist.
I dare you to show me anywhere I have defended NATO or America in this chat.

Do you agree that Russia is the coward for attacking Ukraine when in actual fact, NATO is their enemy?

maasoap:
How did this make sense to you when it was Ukraine/Zelensky killing and persecuting Ukraine citizens of Russia origin?
Facts over sentiments please

I think you should logically analyse your dogmatic claim here
1. After the coup in 2014 where the Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych was removed

Was it TRUE that Russia invaded Ukraine over their internal matter and annexed Cremia?

in addition,

Was it TRUE that Russia sponsored and Armed the pro-Russian separatists in eastern Ukraine to start uprising against Ukraine?

As a result of this,

Was it TRUE that the Ukrainian government responded by conducting an “anti-terrorist operation” against these armed separatist groups in Donbas?

2. If you disagree with these above, show LOGICALLY how Ukraine/Zelensky just STARTED killing and persecuting innocent UNARMED Ukraine citizens of Russia origin?

To help you think:
Was Viktor Yanukovych REMOVED because he abruptly rejected an EU association agreement in November 2013, after months of preparation in anticipation of joining EU because of , Russian pressure
OR
Because Viktor was an Ethnic Russian?

3. Agreed that NATO nor the West do not have any right to control the political and economic space of a sovereign nation like Ukraine.
So, Kindly tell yourself why you think Russia should have the exclusive right to control the political and economic space of a sovereign nation like Ukraine.

4. Do you think Ukraine shouldn't have conducted an “anti-terrorist operation” against these Russian Sponsored armed separatist groups in Donbas?
What was your expectations?

Unfortunately, you are so blind that any support for Ukraine is treated by you as a defence and support for NATO, America and the West in general. SMH!

I am definitely pro-Ukraine.

Unfortunately, you think erroneously that anyone that is pro-Ukraine must also be pro-NATO and pro-West and pro-EU and pro-America. SMH!

This was the error in your so-called Cuba question
Mattswaggz:
Would the west had succeeded without Ukraine being in the plot just like now again?. cheesy .

Or when Cuba wanted to align with Russia militarily, was it Russia the US threatened to, and attacked or Cuba?.
Your question about Cuba is irrelevant to me as I do not wrt Ukraine defend USA.

Not withstanding, its completely different scenarios
1. The Soviet Union had secretly begun deploying nuclear missiles in Cuba to protect Fidel Castro's regime and counter U.S. missiles in Turkey
Note:
It wasn't a suspicion or insinuation by the US. Unlike Russia who assumed Ukraine was being actively brought into NATO

2. U.S. U-2 spy plane photographed the nuclear missile sites actively under construction in Cuba by Russia
Note:
This wasn't an assumption but an active construction.

3. President Kennedy discussed with his cabinet options of bombing the sites, invasion or blockade of Cuba.
The US president addressed the nation on TV, revealing the missiles and announcing a naval "quarantine" (blockade) of Cuba to prevent more Soviet weapons from arriving

4. Soviet ships approach the blockade line but were stopped and turned back, avoiding direct confrontation.

5. In October , a U.S. U-2 plane is shot down over Cuba, killing the pilot. Military advisors urge invasion, but Kennedy chooses diplomacy

6. On October 28, 1962, Soviet Premier Nikita Khrushchev announced he would dismantle and remove the missiles from Cuba

7. Crises was resolved!

Note that there were DIRECT and "PROVABLE" involvement of the Soviet Union in this matter.

There was high level stake negotiations between the USA and the Soviet Union.

Knowing this (I am not defending USA in any way as they are not my concern)

1. Why did Russia annex Cremia?
Because it has nothing to do with Ukraine wanting to join NATO!

Is it possible that Russia did it to take the strategically important warm sea port that belonged to Ukraine?

2. What did Russia achieve strategically by annexing Cremia?
Did Ukraine suddenly began to love Russian's and see them as protectors a d big brother?

3. After the annexation of Cremia, is it LOGICAL that Ukraine looked for another protector other than Russia?

4. 2008, 2014 and 2018 Ukraine took steps to join NATO. Is it true that Ukraine was never formally promised NATO membership nor Were they formally invited into NATO?

Just concede that Russia is terrible at their foreign policies. You want Ukraine to be an Ally but your strategy is to clip its wings.

Would the west had succeeded without Ukraine being in the plot just like now again?.
It seems you did not know the reason Ukrainians opposed Viktor Yanukovych
What Ukrainian decision did he reverse that cost him his presidency?

I dont care about any other country other than Ukraine here.

Interestingly in my opinion, USA in particular had mistreated Ukraine several times and worse under Trump. EU had been too weak and indecisive wrt Ukraine.

But I see Zelensky as a Hero who wouldn't allow
1. Ukraine to be permanently crippled under Russia militarily, economically and politically.
2. Who had been a pillar in the strength of Ukraine able to stand against Russia a country that is btw 8-12 bigger in all ramifications
3. Who has turned Ukraine into a military powerhouse in Europe
4. Who has earned the respect of even Russia. Never in their lives will Russia attempt to invade Ukraine again. They gave Russia a bloody nose. Its not a small fit to cause Russia more than a million war casualties and virtually wiped out Russian Armoured tanks and Navy

You asked a question and I answered you from the point of view of Ukraine that its not a similar case

To your questions:
Is it Cuba that was building a Nuclear base in Cuba (a domestic affair) or the Soviet Union building a Nuclear base in Cuba (a foreign affair)

In this case, it was the Soviet Union building her Nuclear weapon base in Cuba.

And when you talk, always retrospect
Did Russia install their Nuclear Missile facility in Belarus. For your information Belarus is a neighbour to EU.

All I needed to ask myself was why Ukraine as a whole wasn't taken if it was just a matter of Russia showing it strength......since Crimea was taken till today I've never heard of a disdain instead like I stated earlier and you ignored..... wasn't it the same Ukraine that attacked Crimea during this present conflict?.....if they view them as forcefully departed brothers then why are they attacking them?....I guess logic isn't ur thing though....just swallow some lumps of propaganda and all is good. undecided .
Almost five years the gallant soldiers of Ukraine stood against the onslaught of the Russian horde and they have NOT even been able to occupy their desired four Oblasts.

It seems you forgot that Russia was stopped at Kiev in the first 14 days of the war.

Tell me, what was the Russian Army doing in Kiev when all they wanted is the four oblasts?

Cremia!?
It seems you do not know that Ukraine had been relentlessly bombing Russian military assets in Cremia and in all the occupied oblasts.

Sorry!

Putin cannot be wrong!
Russia is perfect!

Stop asking dumb questions....they were in Kyiv to instill regime change.....they never had any intention to annex entire Ukraine.

Mattswaggz:
1) very difficult at this point in time
2) 60%+ achieved but can hardly reach 90% talk more of 100%
3) Neutrality has been 99.9% achieved as no chance of joining NATO.
4) Liberation of donbas has also being achieved regardless of Ukraine acceptance or not..... that's the reality that Mr comedian is grappling with till date failing to realize that he can't do anything about it.
1. Correct: it is actually impossible for Putin
2. It is actually Russia that is being Demilitarised now. Where is the Russian Navy? Hiw many armoured tanks does Russia still have now? Has Russia restored the third of their destroyed strategic air frames?
3. Neutrality had been statuesque. NATO had not invited Ukraine meaning that Russia was fighting a war of assumption.
4. Five years on Donbas!? More than 90% of Donbas was already captured by Russia in the first year of the war. Now, Russia is crawling like a snail loosing General and privates alike.
5. Denazification!? Even Russians are confused by what they mean by the word.
5. Recognition of independence of separatist regions: The Russian horde are angry that Zelensky not surrender!
LOL!

Perhaps, Putin should send an emisry to Kiev to beg that Zelensky surrender?
SMH!!

Meaning that you are a hypocrite: I defend not NATO, USA, EU or the West.
It is you who defend why Russia has the right to invade another sovereign nation.
