Daddy Adeboye Gave The Order — Man Cries Out After Alleged RCCG Protest Over Insecurity Was Cancelled (VIDEO)

A viral video is currently generating heated reactions online after a man claiming to be a member of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) reacted emotionally to the alleged cancellation of a planned peaceful protest over insecurity and hardship in Nigeria.

In the trending clip, the visibly upset man alleged that church members were initially informed about a three-day fasting programme followed by a peaceful walk intended to address rising insecurity and economic hardship affecting Nigerians.

However, according to him, members allegedly arrived expecting to participate in the gathering only to suddenly hear that the protest would no longer hold.

What has now intensified reactions online is the man’s claim that the cancellation order allegedly came from “Daddy Adeboye.”

Speaking emotionally in Yoruba, he expressed frustration over the worsening insecurity in the country and questioned whether influential leaders and institutions are doing enough to speak up for ordinary Nigerians.

He also suggested that political pressure may have played a role in the reported cancellation, although no evidence was provided to support the claim.

As of the time of this report, there has been no official public statement from Pastor Enoch Adeboye or the RCCG leadership confirming the allegations made in the viral video.

The clip has since sparked divided reactions across social media.

Some Nigerians sympathised with the concerns raised about insecurity, kidnappings, and economic hardship across the country.

Others, however, urged caution against spreading unverified claims involving religious leaders and organisations.

There is no iota of truth in all the above information. Firstly, RCCCG, did not organise any fasting or protest. It was PFN that organised it and RCCG joined through the directives from National. We were told to go for rally on Sunday but another letter came from the National that we are going to do the rally/protest in conjunction with the organisers PFN. Ww were directed to merge in PFN Zonal offices nationwide.
So this person saying Daddy G.O cancelled the rally/protest is economical with the truth.

why should we believe your own and not his own version ? It's left for Adeboye to issue a disclaimer/rejoinder which should have happened by now since these are very serious allegations and maybe charge the boy to court for defamation of character if he can't prove his allegations
