Find your way to garage roundabout and then follow the instructions I posted earlier. Make sure you ask the conductor of the red bus if they will stop at CMS. Some of them are going to idumota/Eko.

Enter Adeniji/Eko. Once you get to the last bus stop, you can trek from there to cms

If you are not afraid of driving on a ferry, then take a ferry from Ebute Ikorodu terminal to Falomo Terminal.
