I make simple egg toasts.

Once bread is about 2-3 days old, no one would want to eat it, so I make simple egg toasts with the bread, instead of leaving it to go completely bad, then throwing it away.

I just crack some eggs in a plate, add a little salt, and whisk.
Then I melt some margarine in a heated pan, dip each slice of the dry bread in the whisked eggs generously on both sides, and toast on both sides, 2-3 mins per side, on a low heat, till golden brown.

Then, it's ready for me to enjoy.
Especially with my favourite coffee mix.

I didn't add milk because I wasn't making French toast.
