It would have made sense if Wike will not leave power one day Malami should at least be a living lesson for Wike. I can't imagine how Wike will leave the rest of his life in frustration outside power

Well, too late. Jonathan is now officially in the race. Tinubu should be more worried about Seyi Makinde's numbers in the Southwest. This is all part of the strategy from the Ibadan Declaration. They released that statement about fielding a single presidential candidate in order to confuse the ruling party. The coalition is on course!

I agree with you. Bat on the ballot will split votes but more of POs vote wil be affected. However, Tinubu has lost the little grip he has in the North. So on a free and fair election PO will win them all.

Since President Tinubu doesn't want any opposition to contest against him in 2027 election. There is no point wasting money on INEC on printing of ballot papers, manpower and logistics planning.

He should just instruct INEC to issue him a certificate of return and get sworn in by next year democracy day.

The message here is that u can go to court if u stand by the law to conduct such gathering...

Jonathan hurts Tinubu so hard, not just in the south, but in the north also. Most northerners who'd have tolerated Tinubus next four years would automatically switch to Jonathan.
