Nobody praises Tinubu that had the boldness to stop the subsidy scam that made more funds available to governors than ever before. Except you're a governor of Kogi, Benue (who are cursed with perpetual rulership) or those core Islamic states that uses their resources to sponsor pilgrims to Mecca, you will not have any choice not to be seen as a performer, whose track record should douse your predecessors.
Only governor Otti seems to be enjoying this charade, as the people of his state suddenly thinks he is a revolutionary.

You are technically right, we just discussed this at Agulu peppersoup joint. Obi saved the money for Soludo to use for the actual implementation of projects. Obi may not be blessed with gift of great ideas but if he did not save the money, Soludo won't have money to implement his brilliant ideas. Technically, Obi did the work.
