Parking space

5 parking space for 8 cars.

Noisy neighbours with their surplus children. You nor fit sleep during daytime, even on weekends! You could only sleep at night when the noisy kids of the noisy neighbours would be sleeping.

What else can I say than to thank PSG?

Leaking roof. My landlord has refused to fix the leaking roof and I'm going to give him a shock of his life soonest.

Getting the landlord to repair or overhaul a dilapidating part of the apartment is sometimes a stressful task, you might end up paying for the repairs and not get your a refund from the chairman.

My neighbors are matured and warm in nature/character.

Light bills paid, cooperation 100% to the extent landlord gives us huge Christmas/New year package every year.

The rent will be increased next year, but I don't mind. I'll continue to stay till if finish building my house.

Then I was leaving at ijebu ode and we men had to go out for vigilatee on weekly rotations. Even if you're a banker, this landlords will force you out when it's your turn.

I lived in a compound that housed 18flats, mostly 2 bedroom each in onipanu area
But the water running in the compound was meant for only the landlord
So we fetched outside or pay aboki to supply us water
And also no cars was allowed to park in the compound except the landlord son car

Yearly inhking in price, by theland Lord of the apartment I treated🙄

Many years ago when I was still single, my neighbors turned my balcony to their kitchen. The same neighbors rear animals in the compound. I really endured those years. Thank God for today.
