The funny thing is that many of the people defending this government are suffering just as much as everyone else. Some of them can barely afford their daily meals.

The Baale's palace in my area is usually packed with APC supporters looking for food and cash. During the last Salah celebration, many of them slept there for up to three days just to take advantage of the free food being shared.

That's why I don't always buy the argument that they're supporting the government because they're benefiting from it financially. From what I've seen, most of them aren't getting anything tangible. They're simply standing by the government because the President is their tribesman.

President Donald Trump forced Tinubu to act 🤷🏿. He didn't want to, he thinks it's a northern affair 🤷🏿. It has spread beyond measures. South West and North West got worse under Tinubu.

One of the major problems with insecurity in most African states is government complicity. If government people’s (politicians) hand dey am, it dey hard to solve.

Supporting a bad government is like riding on the back of a beast. I don’t think Nigerians care to suffer now, after all, they have been suffering for long, the problem is how long more will Nigerians begin to see results and also show workings of what they the government are doing to achieve the results. This is a limitation of the master strategist but if it's politics of self preservation, you will see result and workings.
