It's depend on the siblings as they are growing and they will grow apart regardless of good up bringing by the parents. Everyone is just different in many ways.

The family foundation is what matters the most. From birth both parents are suppose to impact it to their children that they is no greater love than family. When u overlook little arguments from them when they are still growing up it will end up scattering the foundation that was supposed to b built on a solid rock.

It's just strife and envy

Poor parenting. Once parents fail to instil the value of love or siblings didn't grow up together, it is finished because love will remain elusive.

The wives can easily sow some seeds of jealousy and/or wicked competition between them
