The matter is already in Court, so this is medicine after death. He violated the electoral act and he is a goner. APC has no candidate in Rivers. All the NDC should do is to join the case already in Court. This is a re-election matter.

Even before this publication today, I already told you guys that he defected before the primaries and the letter read in the plenary today after the 4 weeks recess futher cemented what i wrote last week. Let me tell you, the joke is on you of you think federal high court will rule against chinda, that case will be confined to the dust bin and the plaintiffs would be asked to pay huge sums for being busy bodies and meddlesome interlopers
