im not in support of bad situation in Nigeria but the video looks more like acting. Who start to video immediately u see some one crying and timing towards you. You can also see that the camera followed her. If is real they won’t capture her from the gate.

Looking at the quantity of that Fuel, it's not up to a Litre , assuming a Litre is 1,500.
