The LP aspirant, who spoke in Yoruba language, said "In the buildup to the 2023 elections, Obi who had purchased the nomination form of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), suddenly announced his exit from the party.

"Initially, Pat Utomi had secured the LP's presidential ticket, but when Peter Obi said he resigned from the PDP and joined the LP. Bola Tinubu, a master political strategist, quickly told Utomi, that everyone knows to be his son to step down for Obi.

"The “president-elect” saw in Obi's presidential bid, a good chance to reduce the winning chances of the presidential candidate of the PDP, Atiku Abubakar.

"What Peter Obi didn't know is much more that what he knows, he started collecting campaign funds from Utomi, while Tinubu was giving the money to Utomi.

"This went on until Obi's presidential campaign got to a stage it went beyond target. Obi was used without him knowing," Akinwale said after announcing his departure from the party.

Obi defected to the LP after resigning his membership of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and also withdrawing from the presidential race under the party.

The former governor consequently joined the race for the party’s presidential ticket, while Professor Pat Utomi, in June 2022 stepped down for him to emerge as the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, LP, unopposed in Asaba, Delta State.

It is obvious to everyone but Obi himself. I'm sorry to say, Peter Obi is the most oblivious candidate running for the office of the president I've ever known and I say this as a fervent Obi supporter.

Obi has the political acumen of a novice and really seems very uncut for the game of politics. He talks a good talk but that isn't enough for the ruthlessness needed to rule a country full of vile demons like Nigeria.

Even if they end up winning in 2027, it will only be a matter of months before Kwankwanso's true colours begin showing.

So how are some of you so easily able to live this lie? Which of the colors do you think expect Kwankwanso to show Obi?

When LP was defeated heavily in Osun state in 2022, you all mocked Obi and labeled him “structureless man”. He did not have one governor on his side, neither did his then party LP, have any member in any of the political offices nationwide. When the main elections came in 2023, your mouths were kept shut, seeing the sheer volume of positions that your so called structureless man secured. Wike was caught on video saying that Obi won the election.

Before the elections, Kwankwanso was advised to team up with Obi. You all saw him as a bigger politician. When the elections came, Obi won more than five times of Kwankwanso’s votes, with much more national spread, including the north. Still you all did not find some shame. Clearly today, who’s the bigger person between Obi and Kwankwanso?

Obi defeated BAT in Lagos and most of you almost swooned with disbelief.

Now you are at it again.

You term such a person “oblivious”. If he was oblivious, why the obsession about him on the part of the ruling APC. Before Tinubu arrived at the Presidency, he made his permutations and told you all that he started it twenty years earlier. Do you want to say that in twenty years, he was oblivious of his moves? Or when he supported GEJ against Nuhu Ribadu of his own ACN party then, he was oblivious of what he was doing?

Obi is a novice and yet you call yourself “a fervent Obi supporter”. Why do you deceive yourself? How can you claim to support someone that you term a novice? Do you not see yourself as the novice here? Or perhaps a supporter without direction. Please face your BAT and stop deceiving yourself.

As a young man, you probably need to be told that politics is about arithmetics, calculations, permutations and agreements. You cannot isolate yourself and expect to achieve your ambition.

Go and ask why Kwankwanso chose to align his structure in Kano with Obi’s national structure for the purpose of the 2027 Presidential election. If you get that little permutation right, then you can understand what it is all about.
