After that attempt to discredit them, they have been very aggressive in the way they stormed the market. They responded with more grit and determination. They didn't spend much productivity time trying to quel the rumours or offer too much explanations. I give kudos to their management team, particularly the market strategy (Go-To-Market) team. |

Indomie is the GOAT of noodles in Nigeria. Same as MTN is the GOAT of service provider in Nigeria, even though it is South Africa owned. It's like it's only Dangote that can offer competitive services among all indigenous owned organisations in Nigeria. Others, including Glo are just figure-heads. |

Most of the consumables and other services in nigeria are not sold or rendered at the real and humane prices, everyone is capitalizing on the bastadized economy to cause havoc. |

Indomie is doing something right... Companies have a thing or two to learn about marketing from them. Even dangote couldn't compete! ![]() |

People still eat that salty food. I bought one overseas and literally had to junk it. It had something in the range of 60-80% sodium. The idomie sold in North America on the other hand has only about 30% salt which is still considered too high. |

The dish out product at exorbitant prices and pack excess gain running into trillions at the cost of Nigerians. Every organization in Nigeria are now racking profits in Trillions which is shared among the few executives. No wonder all of them are doing more of contract staffs, so the can be paying them peanuts, and NLC are not saying anything, Please why would a Nigerian be made contract staff in his own country?? |

The only market that conquered the serial monopolist, and Oligarch, Dangote. The man tried to muscle Dufil out of the market they created with tears and blood, but ended up selling his Noodles business to Flour Mills for #1. Yes, that figure isn't mistake. One naira. |

Foreign companies keep making huge monies from Nigeria, since the government won't fund small scale business to grow into large scale. |

This is the only business that Dangote couldn't win and had to surrender to them by selling off its own noodle business to them. Dangote did everything but in the end he surrendered to them.... Remember, there was a time it was said that people died after consuming indomie. Then, the government closed down indomie and nafdac seized all the stocks in their warehouse for some time. That should be around 2006 - 7. In the end, the truth came out. No error was found with indomie. Indomie has been consistent since entering the Nigerian market in the early 90s |

Konjiboii:How do you people come up with these kind of stories that something is poisonous? The fact that it's a non African food makes it poisonous abi? Something that has been in Asia and Europe for several centuries before arriving in Nigeria And how come you think you know better than NAFDAC ? |

Indomie is a very highly processed meal with high sodium and we know that excess sodium intake causes the body to retain fluid, putting extra pressure on blood vessels and forcing your heart to work harder, significantly increases the risk of developing high blood pressure, heart attacks, strokes and kidney disease Indomie's nutritional value is low and I don't eat it. |

0taPiaPia:Exactly my thought, the way those company producing consumables inflate their prices you will think Nigeria is at war. Even though the economy is bad the hike in prices of goods and services is something I still wonder about. And one of the reasons I dislike about this government, inability to control prices of these items. |

Junk called food! Congratulations to them! The addicted eaters will bear the consequences! The world has abandoned nature's foods! God's ordained foods and drinks! And we are reaping heavily from what we eat and drink paying for what makes us sick and die in ignorance. From Big Farm to Big Junk to Big Pharma and the Medical Mafia to finish the job set by the god of this world! |

What is the value of the 1.1 trillion naira in dollars? Always rate funds based on value not volume! Just because you were earning a salary of 60k in 2017 and now earning 220k doesn't imply that you have more money! |
