If you believe the number of the exchange of casualties, then logically it is either
1. Ukraine has unlimited supply of soldiers even though their total population is just about 20% of Russian population.
2. Russian generals are completely incompetent, because at a casualty rate of 1000 Ukrainians to 30 Russians, they should have overrun Ukraine three years ago. But of course, this is almost five years and Russia is crawling.
3. Or you have been totally brainwashed by Russian propaganda that you cannot filter out the truth every when spoonfed with it.
