Let's just do due diligence so we don't burn the innocent with the evil ones.

Sudan, Chad... they keep repeating...

I don't believe these lots, they are from Chad, Niger or even Northern Nigeria and they came for the now booming business.

Some of these folks are escaping insecurity in their region.
Sudan is already a troubled region.

You Will never make a headway fighting them if you keep parading them on social media. The government will eventually come for their rescue.

Innocent ko 2face idibia
Innocent yet, one of them had a picture of himself on his phone loading Ak47 abi
They are from war ravaged South Sudan.

Everyone knows someone who owns an AK.

In your deprived zero gun society , gun ownership is taboo.

What will you then say of the average American who owns at least a handgun and an assault rifle ?

The fact these guys can even communicate in English shows they are from South Sudan and not the radical fundamentalist north Sudan and they don't even look like Arabs .

The police should investigate how they got to Nigeria as this is very important because I believe they came through Calabar border crossing through the waterways. If they came through the boko ravaged NE, then there's a big problem.

For months, nobody paid attention to the quiet newcomers.

They rented a small apartment, greeted neighbors politely, and rarely drew attention to themselves. To most residents, they were just another group of young men trying to make a living.

What nobody knew was that their real mission wasn't robbery or kidnapping—it was information.

Every day, they watched.

They noted which houses had generators running all night, which families returned home late, which business owners handled large amounts of cash, and which streets had the weakest security presence.

One of them spent hours at local shops listening to conversations. Another became friendly with commercial drivers who unknowingly revealed who owned expensive properties. A third walked through the community pretending to be looking for accommodation while quietly mapping entry and exit routes.

The information was carefully organized and sent to an unknown criminal network operating outside the community.

To the residents, nothing seemed unusual.

But somewhere else, people were building profiles:

- Who was wealthy.
- Who lived alone.
- Which houses had CCTV.
- Which roads were easiest to escape through.
- What time security patrols usually passed.

The community wasn't being attacked by strangers.

It was being studied.

And by the time the first crime occurred, the criminals already knew the area better than many of the residents themselves.

The biggest weapon wasn't a gun.

It was information.
TONYE001:
Interesting.

Hopefully, these guys are well investigated.

What we want na their sponsors.

We need a bold leader that can name names, and prosecute accordingly... hopefully, securing the death penalty.

These are just foot soldiers.

Deal with them, yes. Squeeze all necessary information from them and send them to their 72 virgins.

But the sponsors are the real deal.

If you know how much it costs to transport from Borno or indeed any of the states bordering Chad or Niger to Lagos then you realise that none of these boys can afford it.
How then did they get to Lagos? You see them on trailers that have brought goods up north and are returning to Lagos. You also see them on the trucks of the biggest cement producer in Nigeria. His trucks are one key channel these guys use to move arms and fighters around the country. Is he aware? Who knows?
My military friend has told me about cement trucks in Jos. I've witnessed a military checkpoint searching a empty Dangote truck. It was carrying about 30 boys.

Send them to GOD immediately for judgement
The moslem god Allah doesn't judge or condemn terrorists. He only reward them with 72 virgins depending on how many innocent lives they took through terror when they were alive.
The American god also reward their fake Christian leaders with stolen resources of other nations based on how many people of other nations they killed.

People like you are just living in Nigeria ,as a borrowed Citizen - since you don't believe something that is crystal 🔮 clear.
1.So,you don't know that Nigeria has the most Porous 🧽 Borders,in the World 🌍,abi⁉️
2.So,you don't know that these Borders are where Criminals uses as Exit -points to come into this Country illegally and many just Speak Rankadede' - the Northerners especially, Accommodate them, and without any Profiling - of Names, Address,Where and When Born,Which local govt ,they just becomes Nigerian and When Trouble Comes- they return back home to- Chad, Niger Republic,Mali, etc) .
3.And in many times, they help to Smuggle in Weapons and become Devils Agents of Terrorism ,Bandits, Kidnappers for ransome - with Many Internal Collusion - who now Aids and Support them- just because they Speak small Arab .
Sometimes,Can we even Fix Our Borders like the USA ⁉️

Africans do not need a visa to enter, do business or settle in Nigeria. This is one of the most porous if not the only one in the world where people, especially blacks can enter stay and work without checks, permits or question from anyone.
These young men could have been going about their business unchecked if not for some peculiar concern.

I came back to add this to my post, because after posting I read the comment of the guy above me. VERY TRUE PLEASE.
This is one of the biggest negligence of our government for very many years and that's why we are in the current situation.
That is why no one can tell when the terrorists are moving in or out of our boarders, all we hear about is their attacks.

A Nairalander, Wolexyoshi, who claims to be an eyewitness writes:
There is a serious illiteracy issue in Nigeria, and it affects the way we see problems and the way we proffer solutions.

Many of the people being arrested by communities in Lagos, especially the ones in Ikorodu today, are not Fulanis or bandits as they have been tagged. In interrogation, you will hear most of them say they are from Sudan. The ones from Sudan are most likely not Fulani because the Fula ethnic group is not a major ethnic group in Sudan and South Sudan. We have the Dinka, Nuba, Arab Sudanese, etc., as some of the major ethnic groups there.

The ones from Chad may very well be Fulanis or even Hausas. These two tribes are many in Chad. You can even tell from their physical features.

Many of these men that are being arrested in Lagos, at the back of the recent surge in kidnappings in the southwest, may very well be just immigrants. One will not blame the locals much, because everyone’s nervous now.

However, if Nigeria had been a largely educated country, many of these problems would have been averted. Thankfully, the communities have shown, at the least, that they are civil and we haven’t heard of lynchings.
