LAGOS – Prominent Nigerian leader and publisher, AARE Dele Momodu, don sound strong warning say time don reach for National Reconciliation, Re-Orientation and Reconstruction before the 2027 election scatter the country.
Momodu say the 2027 presidential election go be big battle between President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and him main challenger, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar — the “battle of the Titans.”
Although third force fit show face like 2023, Momodu believe say dem no get enough power to defeat the two big men.
Na why him dey call on im party, ADC, to change old style of politics and become strong bridge between old and new, veteran politicians and sharp technocrats, North and South.
“This kind combination go sweet well well,” him talk. “North and South go reunite even with ethnic and religious tensions.”
Him warn say the current tension and chaos no fit continue. “If we no act fast, e go consume all of us.”
Dele Momodu say make Nigerians retrace their steps and return to the days of strong ideas and good ideologies like their founding fathers — Dr. Nnamdi Azikiwe, Sir Ahmadu Bello, and Chief Obafemi Awolowo — leave behind.
Today, politics of gangsterism don spread like cancer. “We must act before e too late!” Momodu declare.

Dele Momodu is not a popular politician in the south and cannot secure the south-west and south-south for Atiku. He also doesnt have the warchest to support Atiku's run.

A running mate from south-east will not help Atiku either as Obi will win it. So Emeka Nwajiuba or Emeka Ihedioha are not going to help.

Atiku should consider Aregbesola (soutg-west) or Udom Emmanuel (south-south). Get Udom Emmanuel to decamp. Rotimi Amaechi is a political liability with a huge warchest. Make him DG of the campaign.
