BlueRayDick:When I say give citizens license to carry arms. Not everyone will have the ability to carry, not everyone will be interested in carrying but let those interested have the ability carry. In the city where you live in estates is different from the villages where people are more dispersed and dont have gates around them. A farmer going into the bush to farm should be armed in case he gets attacked, those going to the market should be armed in case anything wan happen No terrorists will become born again and change their ways if you dont give them a reason to. And the easiest way to convince them is to match madness with madness |

Peter Obi equivalent of "where are the cows" Ellexy I await your outrage like you had for Tinubu ====================================== Media Framing of Crime Along Ethnic Lines: Divisive. I understand the pain of the ordinary Fulani man today, often unfairly judged by the actions of criminals he does not support, has never met, and who are not representative of his people. - PO https://x.com/i/status/2063867052767510911 |

NDC Riot act This season film go sweet. I don talk am say Kwankwanso move to NDC na 2031 move. He just sold a dummy to Obi for 2027 ====================================== The NDC is being built as an institution, not a personality cult, political movement, or Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) to be used and discarded. Members are encouraged to remain committed to the party and contribute to its growth and sustainability for generations to come. At all times, and for all candidates and aspirants, total allegiance must be to the party and the national interest. https://x.com/i/status/2063715451495137614 |

monerozi5590:Expecting one set of rules for yourself and another set of rules for others is the bad thing No one is fooled by your attempts at legitimizing religious intolerance. The same northerners who get HBP when a church is in their midst behave themselves when they encounter churches in the south. That tells you all you need to know |

izzou:Maybe thats why I believe Obi is being paid by Tinubu. 2023 he knew he made Tinubu win, 2027 his actions shows he has reduced the chances of Tinubu removal If you look at it, the main beneficiary of Obi presidential runs has been Tinubu and the main political victim is the guy who finish 2nd |

kodded:I believe monerozi5590 is a Christian but with the mindset of western liberals Listen to a western liberal first and you will wonder if its being deliberately naive gullible or they are just being paid Sometimes its better to deal with a straight up self acclaimed terrorists than the people who are naive You know last year in UK I saw news that some places made flying the UK Union Jack flag illegal where in the same location you can fly the flag of Palestine and wear the kaffiyeh all inside the UK And you see the UK liberal defending pulling their own flag down and flying a foreign flag |

raumdeuter:This one passes Christian speaking with the mind of a western liberal. Hardly will u see any northern Christian making a case for Sharia not only in the north, but also advocating for southern Muslims to have Sharia introduced in the south. I mean a northern Christian who has seen the excesses of the Sharia system and the whole chaos it has caused over time in the north won't be online saying Sharia is good for the southerners too. Haba! He's saying Ishaq Oloyede, dem MURIC and co are clamoring for Sharia in the south and that they deserve to have it since it's part of their religion. |

raumdeuter:I support the idea of vigilantes and community organized security being armed to safeguard their communities against any external attacks. I also support communities working in conjuction with law enforcement to combat crime. I however do not buy the idea of individuals being allowed to own guns which we won't have control over in the long run. Look at what is happening in the US, teenagers will take their parents' guns to school and shoot their mates due to one teenage quarrel or another. I don't want to imagine guns being legalized for citizens ; imagine all those secondary school students fight they use knife and broken bottle to fight. Imagine students of Ikeja Grammar school and Oshodi community high school fighting with students weirding Their parents' automatic weapons. |

I feel monerozi point is quite straightforward and you all are just intentionally misunderstanding him. We know those people are intolerant and will do whatever when it comes to their religion. it is simply wise to respect local norms and regulations when you are in their midst. Most of you shouting secular nation in respect to the North are just making me laugh. Don't carry that mindset to the North if you value your life and wellbeing. As long as they are majority in that region nothing is going to change in that aspect. |

| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by raumdeuter: 2:29pm On Jun 08 |
Amigoos1:My major point instead of beating them to change their ways in their land is for others too to change their laws to make it intolerant to them also No amount of preaching will change their mind, when it comes to security we say just like guns are legal for you it is for us too In the South, you must also sell pork everywhere including Sabos. Just like you must wear covering in the North, You must NOT wear head covering in Akwa Ibom too... |

Only 21 states generated IGF from local governments in 2024, and Lagos state is not part of them Bauchi is the highest. Are we supposed to believe this?

| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by Amigoos1: 2:50pm On Jun 08 |
raumdeuter:Exactly but the issue is the only region that can match their energy is Niger Delta as the dominant religion is Christianity so everyone would be on board. South West especially Oyo and Osun cannot do that that because Muslims are a majority in those parts so they will be kick backs. The question is how does South West resist full blown Islamization of that region because it's already happening. |

raumdeuter:I have watched the clip, and the man makes a valid point. While the legalization of firearms may help address some of Nigeria's security challenges, we should be realistic enough to understand that it may only reduce, (not eliminate) the major threats we are currently facing . At the same time, it will create new small-small security problems. If the argument is that legalizing firearms would completely eradicate major security threats, then it is a position worth considering. but, if it just mere to reduce one form of insecurity while giving rise to another, then caution is necessary. A good example is what is happening in parts of Ogun State today. Many parents are reluctant to send their children to school because of security concerns. Several private schools located on the outskirts of towns have been forced into compulsory holidays, while only government schools situated within the heart of major towns have been confident enough to remain open. If guns is legalized , my concern is that we may end up exchanging one problem for another. That is the problems I have with the legalization of arms in Nigeria.7 |

Amigoos1:The bold is not true! If you say Muslims are a majority in Ilorin, one can agree with you. Muslims are not majority in Osun and Oyo. There are Chirstians, Muslims and Traditional Worshippers in the Southwest. There is no state Muslims can claim to be Majority when there are adherents of the other two religions who are more than Muslims . Then other two religions (Christianity and African Traditional Religion ) will always resist full blown Islamization like u put it. Maybe you've not been seeing How Adherents of ATR (Onisese) have been everywhere on TikTok and Twitter battling things out with Some Extremist Muslims in recent times. Go to TikTok or Facebook and search "MSBaba" ; he's one of the ATR guys pushing back against planned Sharia introduction in the Southwest. |

Amigoos1:I agree with all these. Its easier to do in SE and SS even Edo might have a problem with their moslem population. NC states of Taraba Plateau and Benue can do it since they are Xtian dominated The Shariah nonsense in SW we have a lot of in house Yorubas that are devoted to their religion at the expense of their ethnic group. Issues like hijab in schools, not so subtle calls for Shariah and outright religious intolerance have been part of us. I remember my uncle telling me that in University of Ibadan in the 80s there was Chapel of Ressurection, the moslem community now said they wanted to build a mosque but the east of their mosque where they face while praying is towards the chapel. Their solution is for the chapel to be demolished instead of them using another place In ife too we had the moslem student denying our right to watch pornography which led to fights and school closure For now I dont know the solution |

| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by raumdeuter: 3:21pm On Jun 08 |
BlueRayDick:The Oyo and Osun thing depends on the town In Osun for example Ilesha Ife are majority Christian, the Oyo speaking part (Ede Iwo Ikirun) are majority moslems. Places like Osogbo are mixed Same with Oyo state Ogbomoso is largely Christian Oyo town might be slightly moslem Ibadan is a mix Even in Ogun state I will say Egba more Christian, Ijebus more moslems |
