I began supporting the NDC from the very moment our National Leader conceived the vision of an ideologically driven political party.

I was a foundational member who actively mobilised support and contributed to building the party from its inception, long before it gained national prominence through the influx of other leaders and their supporters.

That is why he could unproblematically relate the story of his “friend” who went from using five Rolls Royce to a far-less valued car and not consider the import of the nonsense he was saying. That spurious account was an indication that this is a man for whom poverty—of others, not himself—is an ideal.

Peter obi does not have good followers. People like jobless Hisha yhususfu are leeches around him just for their own personal gain. A true insider or followers of PiTobi would have advised him to form his own party immediately after 2023 thereby capturing majority of the youths, keeping his reputation & having a say. How can you have over 10 million supporters are you are jumping from party to party huh

The Obidients want to move into a new party and immediately take over its existing structures. That seems to be their trademark, if they don't get their way, they create division and weaken the party from within. Rather than building consensus, they often appear more interested in controlling the party's direction at all costs.

Wrong, All these parties collapsed after they moved on. I'm not a politician myself but lately I've been counting scores.
Seriake Dickson can't even deliver anything or post from his polling unit. Who knows him? So this is not who fess come matter anymore otherwise the party will fail. Seriake at this time should listen to reasoning. Even if he's the party chairman, you can't shove people and rules down every other person's throats. They are the majority and they say they don't want him.

If you choose someone that your base is not comfortable with, you are setting the stage for disaster.

Your campaign will be distracted by the Agada guy instead of what your party wants to achieve. The APC, PDP and ADC will mock you for being like them

Someone was asking yesterday that you have to give way for them to understand that Nigerian Politics is different and I said, what if these folks are also telling you how they want to be different? After all, we've been doing this for years, what has been special about it? What is the "we will teach you politics about?"

I think these parties are taking the support for granted thinking they are naive because once you don't have that organic support, forget it. They obviously did not learn from the Labour Party experience.

Do you seriously think Dickson believes Obi can win the next election? Trust me, he is 100% sure he is going nowhere, He is just using Obi to cash out massively, (that guy should be a few billion Naira richer already from Obi and Obidients) make his party more popular and also win a few positions here and there.

Same with Kwakwanso, he only agreed to deputize Obi now because he want's the support of Obidients in 2027 when he knows he has a very high chance of becoming the president, by the time which Obi would have been fully retired from active politics.

My brother abeg relax. This is a coalition not Obidient Movement again. Just the same way ACN, PDP and CPC came together to steal power from PDP. Obidients by themselves cannot win without building a coalition. You win some and you lose some. That’s the name of the game.

Dickson brought a party for his own political career, not to contest presidential election.

So he doesn't need Obi to win his senatorial seat, but Obi needs him to win his presidency.

At this moment Obi needs NDC more than NDC needs Obi.
Dickson can decide that the party primaries was inconclusive and that is the end of Obi 2027.

Please be calming down. Obi can't get to power with only people that agree with him promoting him.
I am a core Obi supporter and I urge everyone to work with the NDC and the National leader. Elections are just a stone throw away so it will be foolish to continue bickering within the party instead of vigorously campaigning and opening new doors in all the 776 wards. If you don't like the rules, get to the top and change it

Finally, elections don't come cheap so allow the national leader place people he feels have the political war chest to fund campaigns. If Obi wins, he can now have everything as his disposal to make necessary adjustments
