Man documents a large haboob dust storm hitting Birnin Kebbi, Kebbi State, on 10 June 2026 around 6pm.

He shared photos of a towering orange sand wall over streets and a video of people on a football pitch watching it rapidly approach and engulf the area.

A country that should be busy doing scientific research to conquer the earth is busy fighting tribal and religious wars.

That's how China was till Japan invaded them and hit them hard, then the US and allied forces eventually saved them. That's when they realized they had to put national unity over ethnic, regional, and factional interests.

Sometimes I wonder if that state is in Nigeria.

Desertification.

Most of the woodland savannah forests have been lost forever due to population explosion and high demand for farmlands.

These farmlands are now dormant since rains have yet to start up north and when strong winds blowing from the Sahara encounter barren loose soil this is what you get.

The govt needs to start a tree planting campaign .
