Now this is very unintelligent! Even organisations that will give basic finance to a business will demand a well documented business plan, which by the way is not written just by sitting with an AI, alone.

By now, you should have known the root cause of the power problems and insecurity bedeviling Nigeria; identified competent people that will work with you, who should have been aware of the problem and submitted a blue print of how the problems can be resolved and how long it might take, with room for limited errors. That is the only time he can hit the ground running and at least achieve something of value within the 4 years tenure he’s canvassing for.
