If the earth were shrunk to a size 20 million times smaller than a grain of sand, the universe will still be 250 million times the size of the earth! In other words if the universe were shrunk to the size of the earth you can't see the earth even with the most powerful microscope we have today. Add to that, there could be multiple universes. I know all this go over your head. Bottom line, It'd be impossible that the "it" that is God will be having this sort of interaction with beings on earth. It'd be beyond ridiculous.
