21-year-old dies after workers forget to attach safety rope and push her off 40-meter bridge in São Paulo’s Limeira, Brazil.

A 21-year-old woman died in Brazil after workers at a bungee-jumping event threw her from a bridge without attaching her to the safety cord, causing her to fall about 130 feet (40 meters), according to local media reports. Six people linked to the event have been detained. The incident happened on Saturday morning at the “Skeleton Bridge” in Limeira, a city in Brazil’s São Paulo state.
