This is Chiziterem, 9 year-old boy from Ukehe, Igbo-Etiti, in Enugu State. The woman whom his mother handed him over to, brutalized him to this point.

Any body who knows this boy should as matter of urgency contact his parents.

He said his name is Chiziterem from Ukehe, he didn't mention father or mother's name or his village in Ukehe as he is seriously injured by his guardians. This incident happened in Odume Obosi by Minaj,
Anambra state.

Youths in the community were on their way to arrest the guardians.

I am calling on the governments of Anambra State and Enugu State to intervene in this matter and bring the perpetrators to justice. NGOs for children's welfare should take up this matter.

There is already punishment on the woman. Her children may end up bringing death to her.
